摘要：人才培养是大学的首要职能,也是大学的中心工作。教学运行工作应立足于人才培养的新常态,既应保障日常教学工作顺利进行,也应服务于学校的教育教学改革。城市型、应用型大学建设过程中面临着诸多新的课题,在人才培养过程中以教师发展和学生应用能力培养为导向,不断探索新机制,统筹资源配置,优化教学运行是必然选择。
Talents cultivation is not only the primary function but also the central task of the university. Teaching operation should be based on the new normal of talent cultivation,which should not only ensure the daily teaching smoothly,but also serve the reform of education and teaching in schools. The construction of urban and application-oriented university is facing many new problems. Enhancing the teachers ＇ development,cultivating students ＇ practical ability,constantly exploring new mechanisms,coordinating the allocation of resources,and optimizing the teaching operation become the inevitable choices in the process of talents cultivation.
