摘要：组织间关系,特别是跨组织合作是当前组织研究和管理实践中的一个焦点问题。在对中外组织间关系内涵、类型、解释理论及进化过程相关研究进展进行梳理的基础上,本着厘清西方理论边界、探索本土自洽解释的原则,本文从组织社会学的理论视角,基于组织合作场域提出跨组织合作的综合分析模型,进而围绕制度与技术二维环境,构建了跨组织合作有效生成与运行机制。
Inter - organization relationships, especially the inter - organization cooperation is a focus problem in the cur- rent organization research and management practice. Based on the review of the eonnotatian, type, explanation theory and evolutionary process of inter - organizational relationships in China and foreign countries, and based on the principle of clarifying the theoretical boundary, to explore the local self - consistent interpretation, this article put forward the comprehensive analysis model of inter - organization cooperation from the theoretical perspective of organizational sociolo- gy, which based on the organization cooperation field, and centered on the two dimensions - institutional and technologi- cal environment, it explored an effective generative mechanism of inter - organizational cooneration.
