摘要：劳动者是生产力中最能动、最革命的决定性因素,新质生产力必须有新质人才作为支撑,新质人才的培育必须依靠新质高等教育的发展。新质人才应采用不同的培育路径和方法,以“深基高创”为导向培育新质专才,以“跨界集成”为导向培育新质通才,以“精工细作”为导向培育新质匠才。高校要革新人才培养理念,把握好新质人才培养方向,深化课堂革命,推动新质人才培养落地。
Laborers are the most dynamic and revolutionary decisive factor in productivity.The development of new quality productive forces must be supported by new-quality talent,and the cultivation of such talent relies on the advancement of new-quality higher education.New-quality talent should be nurtured through distinct cultivation pathways and methods:fostering new-quality specialists with a focus on"deep foundations and high innovation,"cultivating new-quality generalists through"interdisciplinary integration,"and developing new-quality craftsmen with an emphasis on"precision and refinement."Higher education institutions must innovate talent development philosophies,align with the direction of new-quality talent cultivation,deepen classroom reforms,and facilitate the effective implementation of new-quality talent training.
