摘要：创新驱动发展是新时代国家高质量发展的重要动力引擎。人才是创新驱动发展的核心要素,创新发展要求大学在创新创业人才培养上要提供有力支撑。面对社会经济高速发展和科技产品的快速迭代所带来的诸多不确定性,如何培养随时代变化能解决实际问题的“有创新能力的应用型人才”成为高等教育教学改革的一个重要研究课题。文章以北京联合大学创新型人才培养教育教学实践为案例,从创新创业人才培养的定位出发,构建了集价值理念、核心能力、交叉融合、实践磨砺为一体的应用型创新人才培养模式,为建设高水平应用型大学提供了一种富有创新启示和实践应用价值的解决方案。
Innovation-driven development is an important driving force for high-quality national development in the new era.Talents are the core elements of innovation-driven development.Innovation development requires universities to provide strong support in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Faced with many uncertainties brought by the rapid development of social economy and the rapid iteration of scientific and technological products,how to train"applied talents with innovative ability"to solve practical problems with the changes of the times has become an important research topic in higher education teaching reform.Taking Beijing Union University as a innovation and entrepreneurship education example,this paper summarized a talent training model from the values,core competency,cross integration and practice honed,which optimized the innovation and entrepreneurship education system and program.Importantly,this talent training model provided a new idea and solution to the reform of comprehensive university.
