摘要：Ski mountaineering race is a new sports, and is developing rapidly. But it developed in China rather late, so there are few studies on ski mountaineering in China. It is urgent to study how to improve ski mountaineers' performance. In this paper, the results of China 2016 "Sohu Cup" National Ski Mountaineering Challenge were analyzed with multivariate statistical analysis technique, the decisive factors influencing ski mountaineering race results were made certain, and suggestions on training for improving ski mountaineers' performance were put forward, of certain referential significance to improving ski mountaineering training level and race results for Chinese ski mountaineers.
