摘要：国家实行先培训后上岗的就业制度,防腐蚀工已纳入90个职业资格证书就业工种之列,这是根据防腐蚀行业的特点,决定了防腐工必须纳入职业教育的轨道,同时,对从事职业教育和职业培训的院校来说,将面临难得的发展机遇和挑战。作者阐述了职业教育和职业培训工作应与时俱进,为我国职业教育和培训工作做出积极贡献。
Our country is carrying on the rule of working after training. Anticorrosion labourer is one of the 90labourers requiring for occupational certification. Based on the characteristic of anticorrosion trade, anticorrosionlabourer must come under the occupational training, at the same time these colleges engaged in occupational eductionand occupational training will face rare development chance and challenge. This paper describes that occupationaleducation and occupational training should going forward with times and making active contributions.
