摘要:根据工艺流程和控制要求,以具有初始开度的改进式PID控制算法设计了蒸发器的控制器,对各个变量进行控制,通过控制手段确保快速开车,以提高产量与过热蒸汽用量的比值;优化开车流程,在升温提升组分的过程中“自然”降低液位,并全程保持低液位运行,以降低过热蒸汽用量;“干扰抵消法”克服产量提升过程中对蒸发器温度的严重冲击,保证平稳开车。使用西门子PCS7过程控制系统平台和综合多功能过程控制实训装置(SMPT1000)实施了上述优化方案和抗干扰策略,各被控变量的稳态指标和动态指标都远超用户控制要求。
According to the process flow and control requirements,the control loops of each evaporator variable are designed with core algorithm which is an improved PID control algorithm with initial valve opening.The control can ensure fast start-up,increase the ratio of output to the amount of superheated steam.Optimization of the start-up process mainly includes“natural”lowering of the liquid level during the process of heating up and increasing the concentration and keeping the liquid level low throughout the operation to reduce the amount of superheated steam.The interference offset method can overcome the severe impact on evaporator temperature during the process of increasing production and ensure the smooth starting process.The above optimization scheme and anti-interference strategy are implemented in Siemens process control system(PCS7)platform and multifunction process training equipment(SMPT1000).The results show that the steady state and dynamic indexes of each controlled variable far exceed the user control requirements.
