摘要:实践教学是提升旅游管理硕士专业学位(MTA)研究生实践创新能力的重要途径,对于高水平应用型大学建设具有重要意义。针对目前MTA实践教学中存在的问题,北京联合大学提出了一种创新的“12334”实践教学模式。该模式以旅游业高质量发展需求为导向,围绕培养高层次、应用型旅游人才核心目标,充分发挥校内外导师的指导作用,设计了课堂案例教学、实验室项目(活动)教学和基地真实情境教学3类教学内容,搭建了校内旅游实验教学平台、校外实践基地教学平台和国际交流与合作平台3个实践教学平台,通过认知实践、专业性实践、综合设计性实践和创新性实践4个层次,提升研究生的实践创新能力。这一模式为MTA研究生实践能力培养提供了借鉴,对于高水平应用型大学建设具有参考价值。
Practical teaching constitutes a pivotal approach in enhancing the practical innovation capabilities of graduate students pursuing a Master of Tourism Administration(MTA)degree,holding immense significance for the development of high-level application-oriented universities.Addressing the prevailing issues in current MTA practical teaching,Beijing Union University has introduced an innovative“12334”practical teaching model.This model is oriented towards meeting the high-quality development needs of the tourism industry,centered on the core objectives of nurturing high-level,application-oriented tourism talents.It fully harnesses the guiding roles of both in-house and external mentors,outlining three categories of teaching content:classroom case studies,laboratory project(activity)teaching,and authentic,base-situated teaching.Additionally,it establishes three practical teaching platforms:an on-campus tourism experimental teaching platform,an off-campus practical base teaching platform,and an international exchange and cooperation platform.Through the four tiers of practical training-cognitive practice,specialized practice,comprehensive design practice,and innovative practice-this model aims to elevate the practical innovation capabilities of graduate students.This approach offers valuable insights and serves as a reference for fostering the practical abilities of MTA graduate students,as well as contributing to the construction of high-level application-oriented universities.
