摘要:碳排放约束下全要素生产率测算可以反映一个国家(地区)经济运行质量优劣。利用Malmquist指数和随机前沿生产函数模型,测算了我国1995-2010年省级、东、中、西及全国碳排放约束下全要素生产率,并分解为技术进步和技术效率指数。研究表明:各省份全要素生产率呈不断增长趋势,东部省份增长较快,增长较慢的省份主要是西部地区。东部全要素生产率年均增长8.93%,中部8.80%,西部8.03%,三大区域全要素生产率增长主要得益于技术进步,东部的技术进步水平快于中西部。全国全要素生产率年均增长8.86%,技术进步是主要推动力。
The measurement of total factor productivity under the restraint of carbon emissions can infect the quality of economic operation of a country or region.Using the Malmquist index and stochastic frontier production function model,provincial,regional and national total factor productivity index under the constraint of carbon emissions from 1995 to 2010 in China were calculated and then decomposed to technical progress index and technical efficiency index.Studies showed the provincial total factor productivity presented the growth trend,the rapid growth provinces mainly came from the East,while the slower growth provinces mainly were in the West.The total factor productivity average annual growth rate in East region was 8.93%,the Middle was 8.70%,the West was 8.03%,three regional total factor productivity growth were mainly due to the technical progress,the eastern technical progress level was still faster than the Middle and West.The national total factor productivity had an average annual growth rate of 8.86%,mainly due to the technical progress.
