摘要:文章基于《中国残疾人事业统计年鉴》2006-2011年间的相关数据,重点分析了我国大陆地区残疾人中等职业教育机构数量、规模、地区差异、毕业生素质等现状。同时,基于对23所残疾人中等职业教育机构的调研,对残疾人中等职业教育机构的专业设置、课程设置、师资状况和经费投入进行了分析。建议:多措并举发展残疾人中等职业教育;拓宽渠道促进残疾人就业。
This study, based on the data (2006 - 2011 ) from the Statistical Yearbook of China on the Work for Persons with Disabilities, makes an analysis of the quantity of institutions of secondary vocational education for disabled persons on the Chinese mainland, their scale, regional difference and quality of graduates. Moreover, based on an investigation into 23 institutions of secondary vocational education for disabled persons, the authors analyze their curriculums, teaching staff and investments. In conclusion, the authors suggest developing secondary vocational education for persons with disabilities by means of various measures, and promoting the employment of disabled persons by broadening channels.
