摘要:跨界融合的创新创业人才培养模式有利于突破高校人才培养中存在的学科壁垒、专业藩篱、产教脱离、科教分离、师生隔阂等障碍,不断提升应用型人才培养质量。其要点有三:一是途径和方法。通过科教融合、专创融合、师生融合和校地融合等路径,整合各方资源,形成创新创业人才培养的合力。二是方案和过程。通过构建四层递进式创新创业课程体系和一体化人才培养方案,把创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程。三是目标和结果。创新创业教育应顺应学科交叉和产业跨界趋势,培养学生系统思考和综合应用多学科知识的能力,促进人才素质结构由学科专业单一型向多学科融合型转变,培养有一定专业特长,人文情怀和商业素养兼备的具有跨界能力的创新创业人才。
The cross-border integration mode in training innovative and entrepreneurial talents is conducive to overcome the problems such as barriers of disciplines and specialties,disengagement of production and education,separation of scientific research and education,and gaps bewteen teachers and students,so that it can continuously improve the quality of application-oriented talents.This mode has three main points.First,the ways and methods.Through the integration of scientific research and education,the combination of professional education and entrepreneur-innovation training,the teacher-student partnership,and the cooperation between universities and local communities,we will integrate resources of all parties and form a synergy for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The second is the program and process.Through the construction of the“Four-tier Progressive”innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system and the integrated talent training program,the innovation and entrepreneurship education will be integrated into the whole process of talent cultivation.The third main point is the goal and the result.Innovative entrepreneurship education should conform to the interdisciplinary and cross-border trends of education and industries,cultivate students’ability to systematically think and comprehensively apply multi-disciplinary knowledge,and promote the transformation of the quality structure of talents from single-disciplinary to multi-disciplinary integration,so that innovative and entrepreneurial personnels with cross-border capabilities,professional expertise,humanistic feelings as well as commercial wisdom can be cultivated.
