摘要：20世纪90年代初以共青团系统为主的我国高校志愿团逐渐成为与民间社区志愿者组织并存的一个重要组成部分,遍布大江南北,成为全国性志愿者组织。志愿者团队随着2008年奥运志愿的契机,迅速发展、壮大,高校志愿者队伍日趋规范化,志愿服务范畴拓展到了慈善、环保、消防、赛场等多个领域。随着高校志愿社团数量和大学生数量的增多,高校志愿者团队的发展出现了一些问题,也面临很多困难。例如社会支持体系相对落后、国家保障性法律法规的缺失、高校志愿服务组织自身建设不足、管理机制不健全、资金运作困难等,因此从高校志愿团队建设的现状、问题进行分析、总结,对构成因素的剖析,掌握我国高校大学生志愿者团队的现状,能促进我国高校志愿者团队的建设和大学生志愿者能力的培养。
In the early 1990s, the Communist Youth League system based volunteer corps of universities is becoming an im-portant part of the community volunteer organizations and civil coexistence, over the north and south, has become a national volunteer organization. With the 2008 Olympic Games volunteer team of volunteer opportunities, the rapid development and expansion, the university team of volunteers increasingly standardized, voluntary service to a number of areas to expand the scope of charitable, environmental protection, fire protection, stadium and so on. With the increase in the number of univer-sities and university voluntary associations of quantity, the development of university volunteer team there have been some problems, but also face many difficulties. Such as social support system is relatively backward, lack of national security laws and regulations, voluntary organizations universities lack self-construction, management mechanism is not perfect, funding and other operational difficulties, and therefore be analyzed from the current situation of volunteer team building, problem summary, constituting factor analysis, master of college students in our volunteer team, and can foster the development of Chinese Universities volunteer team building and student volunteers capabilities.
