摘要：文章界定了经济制裁的定义,把经济制裁的政策目标归纳为四大类。对美国、欧盟、安理会等实施经济制裁的具体实例进行典型剖析,从经济制裁追求经济利益、政治利益、军事与安全利益、文化等多重复合利益四个方面论述了经济制裁的政策目标,揭示了经济制裁背后的动机和目的。本文还从效果和意义的角度对经济制裁进行了总结和评价。
This thesis defines the concept of economic sanctions and divides its policy targets into four categories. A typical analysis is made on the concrete cases of economic sanctions carried out by the US, the European Union and the Security Council of the UN. In doing so, the author discusses the policy targets of economic sanctions from four aspects-economic interests,political interests, military and security interests and cultural interests, uncovering its real motives and purposes.
