摘要：食品安全问题在国家发展战略中占有及其重要的地位,政府应发挥有效的监管职能。但是在食品安全监管中也会发生政府失灵现象,本文通过深入分析食品安全监管中政府失灵的表现、成因,提出了相应的防范措施,对于提高政府效能和促进食品产业发展具有十分重要的意义。
It is important for food safety in the stra tegy of national development.Government should supervise it effectively, but government failure often can be seen in the food safety supervision.The thesis analyzes the cause of formation and phenomena of government failure, so suggests some relevant avoidance measures.It is significant to improve government efficiency and food industry development.
