摘要：近年来,专利权质押融资成为中小企业的重要融资手段,在国家政策及金融机构对知识产权质押贷款业务发展大力支持的环境下,研究以中国建设银行股份有限公司广州经济技术开发区支行开展知识产权质押贷款为例,根据国家知识产权局专利公布公告搜集该支行的专利质押业务资料,并将数据进行归纳梳理,通过对比分析和图表分析的方式,在综合分析的基础上提出影响知识产权质押贷款业务的因素,并从质权人和出质人两个方面提供合理的建议,以促进我国知识产权质押融资的发展与完善。
In recent years,patent pledge financing is an important financing means for small and medium-sized enterprises.In the environment that national policy and financial institutions strongly support the development of intellectual property pledge loan business,this study will take the intellectual property pledge loan carried out by Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Sub-branch of China Construction Bank Corporation as an example.According to the patent announcement of the State Intellectual Property Office,this paper collected the patent pledge business data of the branch.The data were summarized and sorted out,and the factors affecting the intellectual property pledge loan business were put forward on the basis of comprehensive analysis by means of comparative analysis and chart analysis,and reasonable suggestions are provided from two aspects of pledgee and pledgor to promote the development and perfection of intellectual property pledge financing in China。
