摘要:食品理化检测实验是食品质量与安全专业的核心实验课程,为了提高学生实践能力,培养与实际岗位要求零距离人才,在食品理化检测实验室初步建立实验室质量管理体系,将ISO/IEC17025管理理念应用于食品理化检测实验教学过程中,促进了实验教学质量和理化检测实验室管理水平的提高。
Food physical and chemical inspection experiment is one of the core courses of food quality and safety specialty.To improve the students’ practical ability and cultivate qualified talents for the future work,experiment quality management system was established in food physical and chemical laboratory and the management concept of ISO/IEC17025 was used in the teaching procedure of food physical and chemical inspection experiment.This improved the teaching quality of food physical and chemical inspection experiment and the management level of food physical and chemical laboratory.
