摘要:OBE作为以学生为中心,以学生最终学习成果培养为导向的教育理念,强调一切教学活动和教学任务应围绕学习成果而开展。本文对会展营销人才的培养标准进行细化,构建了专业知识、核心能力和职业素质三位一体的人才结构体系,在此基础上进行基于成果导向的《会展市场营销》课程教学流程设计,并对教学目标、课程体系、教学内容进行重构,同时对该课程的教学方法与手段、实践任务设计、考核评价体系等进行探索与改革,旨在全面培养学生的会展项目策划与营销管理能力,进而提升学生就业竞争力和社会适应能力。
OBE concept, as a student-centered, student-oriented educational concept, emphasizes that all teaching activities and tasks should be carried out around the learning outcomes. In this paper, the training standards of events marketing talents are detailed, and the personnel structure sys-tem of Trinity of professional knowledge, core competence and professional quality is constructed;on this basis, it designs the teaching process of exhibition marketing based on the achievement, and reconstructs the teaching objective, curriculum system and teaching content, at the same time, the teaching methods and means, the design of practical tasks and the evaluation system of the course are explored and reformed in order to fully train the students’ ability of planning and marketing management of exhibition projects, in order to enhance the competitiveness of employment and social adaptability of students.
