摘要：在其他学者研究基础上借助深沪两市房地产企业的社会责任评价和企业价值面板数据,利用统计软件,对面板数据进行个体固定效应回归分析,发现房地产上市公司企业社会责任与企业价值之间正相关关系。最后,从政府、行业协会和企业三个方面给出研究建议。
This paper focuses the relationship between social responsibility and the firm value of real estate industry. It uses the fixed effects model to analyze the panel data of the listed real estate firms in Shanghai ＆ Shenzhen stock exchange markets, and finds out a positive correlation between social responsibility and the firm value of listed real estate firms. With this, it finally proposes some sug- gestions for the government, the real estate industry association and enterprises.
