摘要:校企协同技术技能积累机制有助于强化职业教育的技术技能积累功能,发挥职业院校在技术技能积累方面的重要作用。基于校企协同技术技能积累机制的总体目标,从校企协同技术技能积累的发展现状与主要瓶颈入手,立体构建以职业院校和企业为主、政府与行业组织为辅"四位一体"的校企协同技术技能积累机制的实现路径,并以北京联合大学为个案,探讨建立校企协同的技术技能积累与创新平台、企业将职业院校纳入技术技能积累与创新体系、校企协同开发多层次的人才培养体系和技术推广体系的实现方法。
The technology and skills accumulation mechanism based on college-enterprise coordination is conducive to strengthen the technology and skills accumulation function of vocational education, and play an important role in the technical skills accumulation of vocational colleges. According to the overall goal of technology and skills accumulation mechanism based on college-enterprise coordination, beginning from the current situations and the main bottlenecks, this paper three-dimensionally constructed the implementation path of the"four in one"of technology and skills accumulation mechanism which takes vocational colleges and enterprises as the main, government and industry organizations as the supplement, and then based on a case study of Beijing Union University to explore some realization methods, including the establishment of technology and skills accumulation and innovation platform based on college-enterprise coordination, enterprises integrating vocational colleges into the technology and skills accumulation and innovation system, and college-enterprise collaborative development of the multi-level talent cultivation system and technology promotion system.
