摘要：In this paper, the mechanism of behavior selection of franchisors and franchisees in franchise systems was analyzed, and the critical condition of behavior selection of them was obtained by using supervise game model. From the fields of initial fee, royalty fee, margin, penalty, the effects of punishment on the behavior selection of franchisees were studied. The result shows that the scale of franchisees and service of franchisors are the key factors that effect the behavior selection. Forming the chain network in which the target customer is common consumer and franchisor for core, and actualizing market collection strategy based on the service difference are important approaches to improve the behavior of franchisees.
