摘要：介绍了工业以太网和OPC技术,给出了一种利用工业以太网和OPC技术实现异构系统集成的方案。以Delphi7作为开发平台,Huafu OPC Tool Kit作为开发工具,阐述了具有代表性的MODBUS/TCP OPC数据访问服务器设计方法。工程实践表明,该方案使异构平台间的数据传送和共享成为可能,为企业的自动化改造和升级问题提供了有效的可行性途径。
The industry ethernet and the OPC technology were introduced, and one kind of realizing isomerism system integration scheme based on the industry ethernet and OPC technology was proposed. The design method of the representative MODBUS/TCP OPC date access server based on Delphi7 and Huafu OPC Tool Kit were elaborated. The result indicates that the scheme causes the data transfer and share between the isomerism platform are possibly, and provides a effective feasible way for enterprise＇s automated transformation and promotion.
