摘要:对于使用助听器效果不佳的双侧重度或极重度听力损失患者,人工耳蜗植入是目前帮助他们重建听力及恢复言语能力的有效方法之一。然而,受诸多因素影响,人工耳蜗植入多采用单侧植入的方式。为了实现双耳聆听,单侧人工耳蜗植入者可选择未植入耳佩戴助听器,实现双耳双模式干预。双模式干预可以使患者获得一定的双耳听觉优势和空间掩蔽释放能力,提高噪声下的言语识别表现。本文在回顾近年文献的基础上,就双模式干预、噪声环境中的双耳听觉优势、空间掩蔽释放及影响双模式干预人群的空间掩蔽释放的潜在因素等方面进行综述。
Patients with bilateral severe to profound hearing loss have poor effect by fitting hearing aids.Cochlear implant is currently one of the effective methods to rebuild hearing and speech ability of these patients.However,due to many factors,cochlear implant is mostly implanted unilaterally.In order to achieve binaural hearing,patients with unilateral cochlear implant can use a hearing aid on the unimplanted ear,which is a bimodal intervention.Bimodal intervention can make patients acquire binaural hearing benefits and spatial release from masking,which can improve speech recognition performance in noise.This paper reviews the recent literatures for bimodal intervention,binaural hearing benefits in noisy environment,spatial release from masking and the potential factors affecting the spatial release from masking in population with bimodal intervention.
