摘要:本文研究了山豆根、白头翁、紫花地丁、穿心莲和青皮五种中药材提取物对桃褐腐病、马铃薯干腐病、甘蓝枯萎病、番茄灰霉病、小麦赤霉病、苹果轮纹病及棉花枯萎病等七种病原菌的抑制作用。结果表明除甘蓝枯萎病外,山豆根、青皮、穿心莲提取物对其余六种植物病原菌的抑制效果明显,且青皮抑菌谱较广。穿心莲提取物对桃褐腐病菌有较强的抑制作用,EC50为3.57 mg/m L,MIC为100 mg/m L,MBC为150 mg/m L,穿心莲主要成分穿心莲内酯抑制桃褐腐病菌的EC50为456.36μg/m L。电镜观察发现,经穿心莲内酯处理后的桃褐腐病菌,菌丝有褶皱,塌陷增多,推测是穿心莲内酯破坏了细胞壁或细胞膜,使细胞通透性改变,导致细胞质外泄。
The antifungal activities of Chinese herbs of Sophora tonkinensis gagnep, Pulsatilla chinensis, Herba violae,Andrographis paniculata and Pericarpium cirri reticulatae viride against seven different plant pathogenic fungi including Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium verticillioides, Fusarium sambucinum, Botryosphqeria dothidea, Monilinia fructicola, Fusahum graminearum, and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum were investigated.The results showed that Radixet rhizome sophorae, Andrographis panniculata and Pericarpium citri reticulatae viride obviously inhibited these pathogen fungi with the exception of F. verticillioides, and Pericarpium citri reticulatae viride had a broad antifungal spectrum. Specially, the EC50, MIC, and MBC of Andrographis panniculata against M. fructicola were 3.57 mg/mL, 100 mg/mL and 150 mg/mL, respectively. Moreover, andrographolide, the main ingredient of Andrographis panniculata,showed strong inhibition against M. fructicola, and the EC50was 456.36 ug/mL.Scanning electron microscope analysis revealed that the mycelia manifested abnormity including corrugation and collapse. So it could be hypothesized that andrographolide damaged the cell wall and cytomembrane, which leaded to leakage of cytoplasm.
