摘要:在全球化背景下,跨文化交流日益频繁。外语教学也越发重视学生跨文化交际能力的培养。但是教师跨文化教育却没能满足跨文化外语教学发展的需求。目前,不少大学英语教师和中学英语教师都面临着开设跨文化交际课程的困惑。本研究以这部分教师为研究对象,在需求分析的基础上,以跨文化交际能力和跨文化培训的理念为基础,对英语教师跨文化教学培训项目进行了探讨。研究提出了培训目的,设定了培训内容、并对培训方法和测评方式提出了建议。
With Intercultural Communication enhanced against the background of globalization, foreign language teaching at- tached more importance to fostering students' intercultural competence. However, intercultural teacher education has not been able to keep pace with the development of intercultural teaching. Currently, many teachers in universities as well as in middle schools have difficulties facing intercultural communication teaching. Based on the need analysis and drawing on the theories of intercultural competence and intercultural education, this article set forth the goal, content, method and assess- ment for the intercultural teaching training program for English teachers.
