摘要：汉语盲文诞生130多年来,走过了一条艰辛曲折的道路,两次更迭葬送了先前的文化积淀。近20年来,我国大陆处在两套盲文并存的尴尬境地,汉语盲文存在着很大的沟通障碍,汉语盲文的升级之路依旧漫长。文化断层是汉语盲文升级不可承受之重。现行盲文与双拼盲文两文融合是汉语盲文升级的方向,字字标调是起点,第二步是用不占方的隐性标调节省篇幅,第三步是与国际简写惯例接轨,哑音是汉语盲文迈向表义的一步,汉语盲文语料库是盲文升级的里程碑。
Since its birth over 130 years ago, Chinese Braille has taken a difficult and tortuous road. There have been two Chinese Braille systems in the last two decades, with no scientific and concise Braille systems for blind people to use. There are barriers in Chinese Braille communication, and Chinese Braille upgrading has a long way to go. Presently, cultural faults are a big problem. Currently, Chinese Braille and Larry Braille tend to be integrated. To upgrade Chinese Braille, the first three steps are to mark a tone for each word, save space by hidden tones, and follow international practice. Silent syllables are especially needed for Chinese Braille to step into meaning identification, and Chinese Braille corpus is a future milestone.
