摘要：全过程造价管理能够有效地解决横向和纵向信息不对称,各专业工种间不协调等问题,能够充分利用资源,实现资源共享,有效地节约建设成本。正处于上升发展阶段的全过程造价咨询业务是我国工程造价咨询企业重要的发展方向之一。拟结合造价管理的最新政策和需求,对我国造价咨询企业的全过程造价业务在组织结构、人员配置、管理制度、业务开展流程等方面进行系统调研和分析,并针对存在的问题提供建设性意见,为造价咨询企业的发展全过程造价业务提供参考,从而促进行业的可持续发展。
The whole process of cost management can effectively solve the problem of horizontal and vertical information asymmetry and other problems such as lack of coordination between the various professional trades so as to share the resources and save construction costs effectively. The whole process of cost consulting business is developing well and it is one of the important directions in which China＇ s engineering cost consulting enterprises develop. With reference to the latest policies and needs of cost management, the paper intends to investigate and analyze organizational structures, staffing, management systems, and business development process in the whole process cost business for the Chinese cost consulting enterprises and to provide constructive advice for cost consulting enterprises to develop the whole process cost business, so as for them to obtain a sustainable development.
