摘要:实施以导师为核心的纵向班级管理是解决师生比低这一本科生导师制实施过程中普遍存在的问题的有益尝试,构建纵向班级管理模式下本科生导师制的考核评价体系对保障本科生导师制实施效果非常重要。在调查研究纵向班级管理模式下本科生导师制实施情况的基础上,构建本科生导师制的考核评价体系,促进了本科生导师制质量的提高。
The implementation of vertical class management centered on tutors is a beneficial attempt to solve the common problem of low teacher-student ratio in the implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduate students.The construction of the evaluation system of undergraduate tutorial system under the vertical class management mode is very important to guarantee the implementation effect of undergraduate tutorial system.Based on the investigation and study of the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system under the vertical class management model,the assessment and evaluation system of the undergraduate tutorial systemis constructed,which promotes the improvement of the quality of the undergraduate tutorial system.
