摘要:利用2010年北京市居民活动GPS调查的第一手数据,结合城市社会地理学、行为地理学理论,运用时间地理学和GIS方法对北京市天通苑、亦庄居民日常活动时空特征进行分析和比较。研究表明:郊区居民活动呈现以多点方式分布在以郊区居住区为轴向市中心方向展开的扇面上,且产业新城较居住新城更为集中;产业新城居民可选择的商业服务业设施较居住新城更为集中;工作活动在郊区居民日常活动中处于绝对重要地位,由于产业新城较居住新城吸收了更多的当地居民就业,天通苑居民工作活动空间上表现为多点分散模式,亦庄表现为单点扩散模式;天通苑购物活动时间表现出双高峰特点,亦庄时间上均态分布;休闲娱乐活动工作日、休息日差异大,空间上天通苑更为分散,亦庄表现出明显的双中心模式。通过比较郊区不同类型居住区居民日常生活特征,进而探讨不同类型居住区建设模式存在的优势和劣势。
Using data of 2010 activity survey of Beijing residents based on GPS, combined urban social geog- raphy, behavioral geography theory with method of time geography and GIS, the paper analyses and compares the spatio-temporal figure of suburban residents daily activities of Tiantongyuan and Yizhuang in Beijing. It is indicted that work activities in the daily activities of rural residents is an absolutely important role, spatial distribution of Tiantongyuan is scatter-entralized, while that of Yizhuang is center-diffused; shopping time of Tiantongyuan resi- dents has two peaks, while that of Yizhuang scattered; entertainment differ greatly between workdays and week- ends, spatial distribution of Tiantongyuan is decentralized, while Yizhuang has two centers; Activity pattern shows that work is important on weekdays, shopping and entertainment in the weekend increases; resident activities make axial of suburban residential area sectoring to the direction of center as multi-point distribution. The advantages and disadvantages of both kinds of suburban developing modes are further discussed in the paper.
