摘要：Supply chain management provides a new kind of enterprise relationship management for ensuring the survival and development of enterprises in modern market competition, but with the development of business, information explosion, and the acceleration of business globalization, supply chain management will become increasingly complex. This article provides a method to construct the enterprise supply chain systems from the perspective of the business process management. It utilizes service-oriented architecture to achieve the componentization of each business unit, which makes chain system adapt to the changes of business processes rapidly and deploy these changes into IT system. Ultimately, IT systems can respond to supply chain system in time and then reduce operation costs and time when enterprise is carrying out business restructuring and process optimization.
