摘要：《中国人力资源开发》是国家发展与改革委员会主管,中国人力资源开发研究会主办的专业刊物,为国内人力资源专业领域内唯一的国家级核心期刊,在我国人力资源理论研究和实践探索领域中具有较高的影响力,对于探测21世纪初我国人力资源研究基本情况具有重要参考意义。本文依据科学计量学、文献计量学基本原理,利用国际通用的Citespace知识图谱软件和信息可视化技术,运用词频共现、引文分析等方法对近15年来《中国人力资源开发》刊载的研究文献进行计量与可视分析,探测21世纪初我国人力资源研究的重要作者、权威机构、经典文献、主题热点及其演进历程等,并科学预测我国人力资源研究热点的发展趋势,为国内人力资源理论研究与实践管理提供参考。
＂Human Resources Development of China＂ is the professional publication found mainly by＂ China Human Resource Development Association＂（CHRDA）,and the national professional core journal in the area of human resources research in China. It has much stronger influence in theory research and practice exploration on human resources in our country,and the important reference value for detecting the basic situation of the research on human resources in China in the 21 st Century early. In this paper,based on scientific metrology,bibliometrics basic principles,we take the use of internationally Citespace knowledge mapping software and information visualization techniques,and the methods of word frequency of co-occurrence and citation analysis,make the measurement and visual analysis on research literature published by＂ Human Resources Development of China＂ for the past 15 years. We detect the important authors,authority institutions,classic literature,hot topics and its evolution of human resource research in the 21 st century early,forecast the development trend of the research focus of human resources in China and provide an important reference for the theory research and management practice of domestic human resource.
