摘要:随着游学概念的迅速普及,越来越多的家庭有能力并愿意在孩子的教育方面做出投资。从补偿性消费理论视角出发,结合境外游学相关文献,提出5条研究假设,并对北京市境外游学市场的主要消费群体中学生家长进行研究发现:1.假设2部分成立,即超过半数的中学生家长会给孩子主动选择境外游学产品,并不是仅为补偿个人控制感的缺失,更多的可能是出于对孩子教育上的投资等目的。2.假设1,3,4,5均成立,即为了孩子将来得到更好的发展,为获得他人的关注和赞赏,为补偿自己年轻时没有享受好的学习条件和资源的遗憾,为保持“家长身份”的权威性,家长会选择让孩子参加境外游学。基于上述结论,今后游学企业应重视消费者需求,大力研发教育特色鲜明的游学产品;中学生家长应加强对境外游学的认知,理性看待孩子的境外游学;政府相关部门应鼓励中学生家长参与游学活动,与孩子共同成长等。
With the rapid popularization of Study Tours,more and more families with financial capabilities are willing to invest in their children's education.From the perspective of compensatory consumption theory,combined with the related literature of overseas study tours,this paper,based on the research of the parents of middle school students of the main consumer groups of overseas study Tours market in Beijing,puts forward five research hypotheses:the purpose that the parents chose to let their children participate in overseas study tours is to give their children’s better development in the future,to gain others'attention and appreciation,to compensate for the lack of personal control and power,to compensate for the lack of favorable learning conditions and sufficient educational resources they did not possess when they were at school and to maintain the authority of“parent identity”.Based on the above conclusions,study tour enterprises should pay attention to the needs of consumers in the future and make great efforts to develop tour products with distinctive educational characteristics;parents of middle school students should strengthen their awareness of overseas study tour and rationally treat their children’s overseas study tour;relevant government departments should encourage parents of middle school students to participate in study tours and grow up together with their children.
