摘要：高校职工之家建设是凝聚人心、引导职工、服务群众的坚强阵地,对全面推动学校事业发展、落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。通过对北京地区42所高校职工之家的建设状况开展调查研究,总结高校职工之家建设取得的成效,阐述职工之家在学校事业发展中的独特作用,并以北京联合大学为例,探讨职工之家建设促进应用型大学高质量发展的实践路径。
The construction of Staff Activity Centers in universities serves as a strong position for guiding staff,uniting people and serving the masses.It plays a significant role in comprehensively promoting the development of school undertakings and implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.By conducting a survey on the current status of Staff Activity Center construction in 42 colleges and universities in Beijing,this paper summarizes the achievements made in the current construction of Staff Activity Centers in Beijing’s colleges and universities and analyzes the specific role of Staff Activity Center construction in the development of schools.Taking Beijing Union University as an example,this paper explores the practical paths of Staff Activity Center construction in promoting the high-quality development of application-oriented universities.
