摘要：数字经济已经成为驱动我国经济社会发展的主要动力。主要探讨企业家社会网络对企业数字化建设的影响,并研究战略柔性的调控作用。在相关研究梳理和理论分析的基础上,提出相应研究假设,使用我国企业数字化转型的实践数据进行实证检验。主要结论包括:适度的企业家社会网络规模更有利于促进企业的数字化转型,社会网络达高性和联结强度对数字化建设具有正向影响,高资源柔性有利于强化异质性、达高性和联结强度对数字化建设的促进作用,协调柔性正向调节网络规模和达高性对数字化建设的影响。
Big data,Internet of things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies have become a new driving force for China’s economic and social development.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward"promoting the deep integration of Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and real economy".The white paper on the development of China’s digital economy(2020)issued by China Academy of information technology points out that the added value of China’s digital economy will reach 35.8 trillion yuan in 2019,accounting for 36.2%of GDP.It can be said that the digital economy has become a new engine of China’s economic growth,and also has an important impact on the production,operation and management of enterprises.Digital construction needs to consume a lot of resources.In order to carry out digital construction without affecting the normal operation of enterprises,most enterprises will seek external technology,human resources,capital and other resources to help complete the digital transformation.Through the external relationship network,entrepreneurs can obtain support and help in technology,information and other aspects,which is considered to be the key to the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises.This paper mainly studies the effect of different dimensions of Entrepreneur Social Network on enterprise digital construction,explores the regulatory role of enterprise strategic flexibility,and makes an empirical analysis using the data of enterprise digital construction practice in China’s electronic manufacturing industry,automobile manufacturing industry,transportation equipment manufacturing industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and other industries.The simulation results show that:the appropriate scale of entrepreneur social network is more conducive to promoting the digital transformation of enterprises,social network accessibility and connection strength have a positive impact on digital construction,high resource flexibility is conducive to strengthening the promotion of heterogeneity,accessibility and connection strength to digital construction,coordination flexibility positively adjusts the impact of network scale and accessibility on digital construction.Through this study,we get the following management enlightenment:(1)Entrepreneurs should clearly realize the importance of maintaining an appropriate scale of social network,reduce unnecessary redundant connections,effectively improve the strength of social network connections,and establish deep mutual trust and mutual benefit relationship,so as to help enterprises take the lead in the era of digital economy.(2)The high-level political connections of entrepreneurs can enable enterprises to obtain the strategic elements of government resources,obtain the financial support of banks and venture capital,and promote the digital construction of enterprises.(3)With the increase of resource flexibility,the role of strategic resources from high-level political connections and heterogeneous partners becomes more prominent.(4)The digitalization of physical hardware is only the beginning of the digitalization transformation of enterprises.Enterprises must clearly realize that the digitalization construction also needs the ideological transformation of enterprises in the strategic direction,organizational structure,interface management,etc.,so as to enhance the coordination flexibility of enterprises,establish the digitalization consensus,and avoid falling into the"digital efficiency paradox".This paper will help to break the shackles of qualitative analysis in the field of digital economy,enhance the universality of the research in the field of digital economy,and also help enterprises deepen their cognition of the situation of digital transformation and promote the digital process of the real economy.
