摘要：以S7200PLC为控制器,小型电热锅炉为被控对象,构成了过程控制实验系统,上位机采用组态王设计人机画面,实现对过程的监控并提供过程控制实验平台。锅炉的液位、出水温度、进水压力、流量通过测量变送接至PLC的模拟量输入,经数据处理和相应的控制运算,结果由模拟量输出给执行器,执行器为变频器和可控硅。描述了系统的组成、控制功能以及监控功能的实现。该装置充分模拟工业控制现场,可以方便地组合成多种过程控制实验,人机界面友好,操作简单,将过程控制领域的理论知识与工程实践得到很好的结合,加强了对学生工程应用能力的培养。
With S7200 PLC as the controller,the process control experimental system is composed.The controlled ob-ject is an electrothermal boiler.Man-machine interface of the host computer is achieved with Kingview to monitor the process and provide process control experimental platform.The four parameters——temperature,pressure,level and flow are measured and inputted to PLC.Then the data is processed and the corresponding control algorithm is carried.The result is outputted to the actuators.The experimental device c...
