摘要:高校的学籍档案管理工作面向众多的学生提供档案服务,兼具档案的原始信息凭证功能和学生学籍材料支持的社会服务功能。高校学籍档案管理部门不但要能依照规范检索词为学生提供档案服务,而且要运用技术手段为学生提供个性化的、能够适应一定复杂情况的档案服务能力。本文根据高校学籍档案内容和管理利用工作的特点,引入用户画像技术,初步构建了学籍档案利用中用户画像的方法和步骤,个体用户画像研究可以为用户的行为偏好研究和个性化定制服务提供依据,群体用户画像研究可以为档案服务内容和注意事项推荐提供依据。本文最后探讨了用户画像技术对于提高档案管理和利用水平,实现档案管理可持续发展的有益作用。
The Management of College Student status Archives provides archival services to a large number of students. The administration of student records within colleges and universities serves not only as the repository of original documents but also as a framework for social services underpinned by such records. The management department of college student status archives should not only be able to provide archival services according to standardized search terms, but also be able to provide personalized archive service capability adapt to certain complex situations with the help of technical means. It is introduced user profiling technology according to the content and utilization characteristics of management and utilization work about college student status archives. Methods and steps for user profiling are preliminarily structured. The research on individual user profiling provides mentality on user behavior preferences and personalized customization services. Research on group user profiling provides evidence on the recommendation of contents and attentions of student status archives. It is discussed finally the beneficial role of user profiling technology in the respect of improving archive management and utilization levels, which can realize sustainable development of archive management.
