摘要:当代数字技术迅猛发展,尤其在新冠肺炎疫情的冲击下,教育工作者的数字胜任力已成为世界各国研究者普遍关注的主题和保障线上教学效果的重要指征。文章运用文本分析法,对《欧盟教育工作者数字胜任力框架》进行深入分析,将教育工作者的数字胜任力分为6个领域:专业化参与、数字资源、教学与学习、评价、赋权学习者、帮助学习者发展数字胜任力;每一个领域还细分为数个子领域,并由低至高划分为6个能力等级。通过分析得出以下结论:未来需要进一步加强对我国教育工作者数字胜任力的关注,加深对数字胜任力的研究,推进培养方案的制定,以促进我国教育工作者数字胜任力的进一步发展,提升线上教学水平,达成更好的教学效果。
With the rapid development of contemporary digital technology,especially under the impact of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,digital competence of educators becomes the main focus of educational study across the world,meanwhile,it becomes the main guarantee of online teaching.Using text analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators,which comprises of six parts:professional engagement,digital resources,teaching and learning,assessment,empowering learners,and facilitating learners’digital competence.In each part,six levels from low to high are showed.With the study and review of this framework,it can support the innovation and progress in the field of digital competence of educators,make contributions to the development of this research field,and achieve a better online teaching performance in China.
