摘要:对238名培智学校教师的调查发现:89.6%的教师是本科以上学历;入职前,44.1%的教师专业对口;教师学历提升后的专业与所教学科和所从事工作的吻合度较低;不到三分之一的教师知道智力落后儿童的高级神经活动特点和关于智力落后儿童的数学水平与汉子识字量的研究;教师的学科素养不理想,7.6%的教师了解算术应用题的三个类型,34.5%的教师了解辅助阅读的四个类型。建议:加强特殊教育教师的职前培养管理和职后继续教育管理,提升培智学校教师的专业素养。
This study is intended to investigate by a questionnaire the professional quality of 238 teachers from schools for mentally retarded persons in China. According to the results, 90.4% of the teachers have bachelor's degrees or even higher academic degrees; during teacher preparation, 44.1% of them studied special education; their continued education fails to closely connect their teaching practice; less than one third of the teachers know about the characteristics of mentally retarded children's higher nervous activities, as well as the research into these children' s proficiency of mathematics and Chinese-character vocabulary; and the teachers showed unsatisfactory academic literacy, with only 7.6% of the teachers knowing about the three categories of arithmetic applied problems, and 34.5 % of the teachers knowing about the four categories of supplementary reading. In conclusion, the study suggests strengthening the management of both the preparation for special education teachers and their continued education, and raising their professional quality.
