摘要:建立了醋酸氧化塔动态仿真机理模型。该模型考虑了气液相返混及醋酸分子间的缔合效应 ,提高了模型对非稳态过程的模拟精度。此外 ,用“分段集总”的思想 ,化分布参数模型为集中参数模型 ,有效地减少了计算量。通过仿真研究 ,分析了氧化塔的动态特性 ,找出了最佳操作条件 ,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
A rigorous model was set up for an acetic acid oxidation column. Backmixing of liquid and gas and association effects between acetic acid molecules were considered and the accuracy of the model for dynamic process was greatly improved. In addition, the idea of 'segmenting and centralizing' was used to change the distributing model into a concentrating model and the calculation quantity was sharply reduced. Dynamic properties of the acetic acid oxidation column were studied by simulation and the most appropriate conditions were found, which will be useful to the industries.
