摘要:本文基于推拉理论对共享经济下平台型灵活就业劳动者就业选择影响因素进行深入探讨。依据劳务分享平台“微工网”收集的数据,将劳动者分为有正式工作的兼职劳动者和完全兼职劳动者两类,在理论推演的基础上提出影响两类人群选择平台型灵活就业的推拉模型假设,通过分析得出两类劳动者在劳动选择中的推力与拉力存在明显的差异:推力方面主要体现在经历与现实匹配的认知度和经济负担之间的主客观差异,拉力方面则主要体现在兼职平台工作时间灵活与可获得更多经济回报对两类劳动者的拉力作用程度强弱差异。研究还发现,较之传统灵活就业,劳动者主观因素的影响逐渐增强。
Based on the push - pull theory, this paper discusses the factors affecting the employment choice of platform -type flexible employment workers in the sharing economy. According to the data collected by the labor sharing platform ‘We Gong Network’, the workers are divided into two typ es: part-tim e workers with formal jobs and full-tim e part-tim e workers.On the basis of theoretical deduction, it is proposed to influence the two types of people to choose platform - type flexible employment.According to the push-pull m odel,it is concluded that there are obvious differences between the thrust and the pull of the two types of laborers in the choice of labor : the thrust is mainly reflected in the subjective and objective differences between the perception and the economic burden of the experience and reality,It is mainly reflected in the difference in the degree of work of the two types of workers in the flexible working hours of the parttime platform and the availability of more economic returns. The study also finds that the influence of subjective factors of workers has gradually increased compared with traditional flexible employment.
