摘要：企业公民是西方公民资格观发展的历史产物,其结构要素除一般公民应遵守的规范外,尤其注重合作文化、公司价值观、公司文化和历史、企业公民权意识、参与能力的培养。在新的经济发展背景下,我国职业教育应把企业公民作为培养目标之一,并通过不断完善公民教育课程及开展丰富多彩的教育活动实现这一目标。
Corporate citizenship is the history product of qualification development of western citizenship view, and its structural elements pay particular attention to the cultivation of cooperation culture,corporate values,corporate culture and history, corporate citizenship awareness and participation ability. Under new economic development background, the vocational education in China should take the cultivation of cooperate citizenship as one of its objectives, and try to achieve the objectives through optimizing citizenship courses and developing rich and colorful educational activities.
