摘要：介绍了一种基于SIMATICS7PLC的PROFIBUS现场总线控制系统 ,具体描述了系统的构成以及组态实现。系统在逻辑结构上分为两层 :现场设备层和网络控制层 ,PROFIBUS用于现场设备层 ,网络控制层采用工业以太网。系统的组态及用户程序的编写由STEP7软件完成 ,过程的上位机监控利用WinCC软件实现。由于采用统一的开发组态软件 ,系统更容易组态、管理和维护。系统还可以接入标准以太网 ,实现生产过程的远程监控。
The fieldbus control system based on SIMATICS7 PLC and PROFIBUS is introduced.The structure and configuration of the system is described.The system is logically composed of two layers device layer and control layer.PROFIBUS is applied in field device layer.Industrical Ethernet is adopted in network control layer.The configuration and programming are accomplished with STEP7.The monitoring and controlling of processes is implemented with WINCC.Because uniform software for configuration is adopted,the configuration,management and maintenance of the system can be achieved easily.Connecting the system with Ethernet can perform long distance monitoring and controlling.
