摘要:伴随着我国零售市场改革开放程度深化,零售业的利润来源不断扩大,盈利模式不断转换,多种利润来源并存,获利方式叠加,呈现复合型、扩张性的特点。零售业盈利模式的转换具有负面效应:零售商与供货商交易矛盾迭起,冲突不断;商品供应链整体效率不高且存在财务风险;零售市场出现过度竞争、无序竞争的局面。零售业盈利模式转换的深层因素源自我国零售市场约束机制的缺失。应当借鉴国外零售市场的管理经验,建立以政策制度、法律法规、行业监督为载体的零售市场调控体系,形成多层调控、分级执法、行业自律、契约监督、群众参与相结合的零售市场长效约束机制,保证零售市场公平、有序的竞争环境。
Along with the deepening reform and opening up in China's retail market, the profit source expands in retail in- dustry, the profit model converts constantly, multiple profit sources coexist and the profitable ways superimpose, showing complex and expansive characteristics in retail market. The profit model transformation in retail industry has negative effects: transaction conflicts occur repeatedly between retailers and suppliers; commodity supply chain efficiency is not high and there are high finan- cial risks; excessive competition and disorderly competition appear in retail market. The in-depth factors for profit model transfor- mation in retail industry derive from the shortcomings in constraint mechanism of China's retail market. China should borrow the ideas from foreign retail market management experiences to establish the regulation system of retail market with policies, laws and regulations and industry supervision as the carrier so as to form a long-term constraint mechanism of retail market with multi-layer control, grading law enforcement, industry self-regulation, contract supervision, and mass participation to ensure a fair, orderly competitive environment on retail market.
