摘要:公共图书馆是利用政府税收,免费为市民提供服务的图书馆,也是一类典型的城市公共文化设施。以首都图书馆为例,以读者问卷调查数据为基础,根据影响读者满意度的因素,主观构建公共图书馆评价指标体系,采用结构方程模型评估指标体系,并通过拟合出来的因子负荷来分配指标体系维度以及指标权重,定量评价图书馆读者的满意度。结果表明,结构方程模型证实了图书馆服务内容、环境与设施设备、馆藏资源、图书馆馆员等对读者满意度的影响。馆藏资源对读者满意度影响最高,其效应值达到0. 76,说明馆藏资源对图书馆发展的重要性;服务内容对读者满意度的影响程度最低,效应值仅为0. 13,说明服务内容没有达到读者需求。通过加权平均的方法计算出图书馆的读者整体满意度为73. 8%,说明读者对首都图书馆的总体评价比较满意。
Public libraries are libraries which use government revenue to provide free service for citizens,and it is also a kind of typical urban public cultural facilities. Taking the Capital Library as an example,the evaluation index system of public libraries is subjectively constructed based on the reader questionnaire survey data and the factors that affect the reader satisfaction. Afterwards,the index system is assessed using structural equation model,and the dimensions of index system and weight index are allocated by fitting load factor,thus a quantitativeassessment of the Library reader satisfaction index is made finally. The results show that the structural equation modeling confirmed the impact on reader satisfaction imposed by the content of library services,environment and facilities,library resources and librarians. The impact of library resources on reader satisfaction is the highest,and its effect reaches 0. 76,which highlights the importance of the collection resources to the development of library.The minimal impact on the reader satisfaction is made by the content of library services,and its effect size is only0. 13,which indicates that services did not meet the needs of readers. At last,the library readers overall satisfaction is calculated by the weighted average method,and the value is 73. 8%,which reveals that the readers are quite satisfactory to the overall service of the Capital Library.
