摘要:在“大思政”育人格局和“四新”建设的新时代背景下,应用型新文科建设应牢牢把握文科教育的价值导向性,遵循守正创新、价值引领、分类推进的原则,全面落实立德树人根本任务,关注国家和地方经济社会发展需求,推进融合创新和高质量发展。基于当前新文科人才培养的现实困境,北京联合大学在实践中按照“思政铸魂、课程育人、实践赋能”的发展思路,统筹规划,将“大思政”建设与新文科建设相结合,构建了通专融合、学科交叉、理实交融、校地协同、“五育并举”的新文科育人生态圈,旨在全面激发教师教学与学生学习的内生动力,为我国应用型大学新文科育人模式提供一条创新路径。
Under the new era requirements of the“Great Ideological and Political Education”pattern and the“Four New”construction(the construction of new engineering,new medicine,new agriculture,and new liberal arts),the construction of applied new liberal arts education should firmly grasp the value orientation of new liberal arts education,follow the principles of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,value guidance,and classified promotion,comprehensively implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,pay attention to the needs of national and local economic and social development,deepen reform,and promote integrated innovation and high-quality development.Based on the current difficulties in cultivating new liberal arts talents,Beijing Union University has implemented a development strategy of moistening the soul through ideological and moral education,cultivating talents through curriculum and empowering talents in practice,integrated the ideological and political education with new liberal arts,and constructed a new liberal arts education lifestyle circle which is featured by integrated general and professional education,interdisciplinary education,theoretical and practical integration,coordinated collaboration between school and the locality,and“Five-domain Education at a Time”(namely intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,labor education,and moral education).This reform has comprehensively stimulated the endogenous motivation of teachers teaching and students learning,and provided an innovative path for the new liberal arts education model in application-oriented universities.
