摘要：探索“两制”台湾方案是习近平总书记在十八大后提出的对台工作新思想新理念,是新时代党解决台湾问题总体方略的有机组成部分。“两制”台湾方案有着丰富的政治学和法学原理支撑,由法律明确规定了协商、谈判两种形成程序,包含着丰富的高度自治权内容,能够充分确保国家统一后中央全面管制权和台湾地区高度自治权的有机统一,充分维护台湾同胞的利益福祉,充分保障台湾同胞的合法权益。
Exploring the“One Country,Two Systems”Taiwan scheme is a new idea and concept that General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward after the 18th CPC National Congress.It is an integral part of overall strategy of the CPC for solving the Taiwan question.The“One Country,Two Systems”Taiwan scheme is supported by rich political and legal principles,clearly stipulates two forming procedures by the law:consultation and negotiation,and contains rich content of a high degree of autonomy.It can fully ensure the organic unification of the central government's overall control and Taiwan's high degree of autonomy after national reunification,fully safeguard the interests and well-being of Taiwan compatriots,and fully protect their legitimate rights and interests.
