摘要:目的研究聚壳聚糖-丙烯酸磁性微球的制备过程以及性能测试。方法实验运用反相乳液聚合法,以环已烷为油相,壳聚糖-丙烯酸溶液为水相,过硫酸钾为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠为分散剂,戊二醛为交联剂,司班80为乳化剂,并加入磁流体,在60℃水浴下,机械搅拌,反应数小时,抽滤,洗涤,干燥,制得微球。结果当壳聚糖用量为2g,质量浓度为50mg/ml的丙烯酸用量为100ml时反应效果最好,溶液最为均匀,反应效果最佳。最后用扫描电镜对磁性微球进行形态观察和结构表征测试。微球外表呈较均匀的圆球状,粒径大约在55~100nm之间。结论基本属于纳米磁性微球。
Objective This study introduced synthesis and characteristics of Polychitosan - acrylic acid magnetic microspheres. Methods Magnetic polychitosan - acrylic acid microspheres were prepared by reversed phase with Chitosan - acrylic acid solution as water phase , K2S2Os as initiator , CH3 ( CH2 )11OSO3 Na as dispersant, glutaraldehyde as cross - linker keep water area temperature at 60℃. After percolated, syringed, desiccated, the magnetic micropheres were got. Results The best dosage of reactants was chitosan 2 g and acrylic acid 100 ml( 50 mg/ml). The results demonstrated that microspheres were almost sphericity and size distribution was around 55 - 100 nm by SEM. Conclusion The products belong to nano magnetic microsopheres.
