摘要："全面从严治党"对于新形势下加强党的建设、推进"四个全面"战略布局具有重要意义。要从整体上理解和把握"全面从严治党",必须正确认识全面从严治党的科学内涵,整体把握全面从严治党的推进理路,科学评价全面从严治党的理论价值与历史地位,不断为党的建设提供新的理论和实践源泉。
＂Comprehensively strengthening party discipline＂has an important meaning for strengthening party building and promoting the strategic deployment of ＂four comprehensives＂under the new situation. To understand and grasp ＂comprehensively strengthening party discipline＂holistically,we must correctly understand the scientific connotation of comprehensively strengthening party discipline,holistically grasp the approaches to comprehensively strengthening party discipline,and scientifically evaluate the theoretical value and historical position of comprehensively strengthening party discipline,so as to continuously provide new theories and practical sources for party building.
