摘要:教学觉察力是教师成功地驾驭复杂的、不可预知的课堂教学的关键因素。小学数学课堂教学觉察力是教师在小学数学课堂教学中识别重要事件,能够注意、理解和解释学生的策略和想法,并决定实施满足学生即时需求的教学措施来发展学生思维的能力,包含确定课堂重要的或值得注意的事件,注意学生的策略,分析学生的想法和决定如何回应。在分析教师教学觉察力与学生数学核心素养协同发展必要性的基础上,建构小学数学课堂教学觉察力和学生问题解决能力联动发展模型。提升小学数学课堂教学觉察力,可以从以素养为导向开展职前教师教学觉察力专项训练,以评价监测为目标析出小学数学课堂教学觉察力表现性评价指标,以真实情景创设为依托组织教师观看并研讨课堂教学视频关键信息等方面着力。
Prol essional noticing is a key factor in successfully managing complex and unpredictable classroom teaching.In primary school mathematics class,it means that teachers can identify important events,pay attention to,understand and explain students'strategies and thinking,and implement teaching to meet students'in-the-moment needs to develop thinking,including identifying important or noteworthy events in class,paying attention to students'strategies,analyzing students'thinking and deciding how to respond to it.On the basis of elaborating on the necessity of synergistic development of teachers'professional noticing and students'mathematical core competency,a model of synergistic development of mathematics professional noticing and problem-solving ability is constructed.To improve the professional noticing,we can carry out special pre service training for teachers guided by core competency,extract the performance evaluation indicators of professional noticing with the purpose of evaluation supervision,and create real situations to organize teachers to watch and discuss key information of classroom teaching videos.
