摘要:对PAN,PVDF和PES3种材质中空纤维超滤提取姬松茸多糖过程中的污染行为和清洗方法进行了研究.结果表明,引起膜污染的主要成分为蛋白质和少量多糖分子,其中PVDF膜组件对污染物吸附量最小,而且最易清洗.结合反向冲洗或加气冲洗,NaOH溶液的清洗效果最好.实验获得的清洗工艺条件为:反向冲洗+0.1%NaOH溶液在0.08MPa压差下运行40min,3种膜纯水通量恢复率达到93.4%~99.9%.
The membrane fouling behavior and cleaning methods of PAN, PVDF and PES hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes in the purification and concentration proccsses of agaricus blazei murrill polysaccharide were studied. The results show that the main pollutants are protein and a small amount of polysaccharide. Among the three membranes PVDF membrane is the best one in anti - fouling and cleaning. The flux recoveries of the three membranes can reach from 93.4 % to 99.9 % under the cleaning condition of back wash time 40 minutes, cleaning agent of 0.1% NaOH solution, and operating pressure difference of 0.08 MPa.
