摘要: 在以水溶性丙烯酸树脂为基体,导电石墨为导电填料,通过高速分散制备电磁屏蔽涂料的体系中分别加入曲拉通X100、OP 10、聚环氧乙烯基醚、阴离子型聚丙烯酸等分散助剂及钛酸酯偶联剂,采用不同共混工艺,希望改善石墨颗粒在聚合物中的分散性能,从而赋予涂料较高的电磁屏蔽效能;采用正交实验法,甄选在本实验条件下的最优导电填料用量、分散助剂及共混工艺。结果显示,该体系的最佳配方为:导电石墨用量为树脂重量的40%,分散剂种类为OP 10,分散剂用量为石墨重量的10%;共混工艺为偶联剂干法预处理;所选用偶联剂对实验影响相当较小。
A series of electromagnetic shielding coats were prepared with water-soluble acrylic resin as the matrix and the electricity-conductive graphite as the additive. Traxon X?100, OP-10, polyethylether oxide, anionic polyacrylate were added in turn as dispersant. With different blending techniques, titanate cupling agent was used to improve the dispersing property of the graphite powder in the polymer so as to endue the coat with a good electromagnetic shielding efficiency. The main theories related ro electromagnetic shielding and conducting mechanics of polymer-based conductive composites were reviewed; the conductive additives and the composing techniques in common use, and the main factors affecting the electromagnetic shielding of the composite were summarized. In-situ intercalation polymerization or composition was emphasized. The orthogonal test was adopted in the experiment to identify factors which have the best effect. The optimum blending technique of this system was that conductive graphite accounts for 40% of the resin in weight; dispersant, namely, OP-10, for 10% of graphite; the cupling agent is dryly treated before blending. The cupling agent used in the experiment has little effect on SE.
